Clinic Cancellation Policy

When making a booking, a $75 ($100 for cosmetic injectables) deposit will be taken to secure appointments booked, this is redeemable against your treatment. Packages must be paid in full prior to commencement of treatment and at the time of booking.

We are happy to reschedule appointments, but will require at least 24 hours notice on a weekday and 48 hours notice if the appointment being rescheduled falls on a Monday. Any appointments rescheduled or missed with less notice than this will incur a $75 late cancellation fee and another deposit will need to be taken prior to making another booking. You will receive both text and email reminders to give you plenty of opportunity to reschedule to avoid late fees. This can be done either online or by calling the clinic on 0498523457. Cancellations cannot be made via instagram or social media DM as these channels are not regularly monitored.

Following the second late cancellation or reschedule, full payment for the treatment booked will be required when making the booking.
